- How do I get an API key?
Create an account at console.amplifierhealth.com, sign in to the console, then open Settings → API Keys and click Create Key. Your account ID is shown in the console; use it as
X-Account-IDalongside your API key.- Is the API SOC 2 certified?
- Yes. The Amplifier Health API is SOC 2 certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Contact support@amplifierhealth.com for compliance documentation or specific questions.
- What are the rate limits?
Rate limits are per account, using a 60-second sliding window. This is your API rate plan—not model evidence tiers (see the User Guide).
- Standard (default): 10 requests/min (general) and 5 requests/min (upload/analyze)
- Enterprise: 1,000 requests/min (general) and 500 requests/min (upload/analyze)
When you exceed a limit, the API returns
429with aRetry-Afterheader. Please contact sales@amplifierhealth.com to request a limit change.- How do I report a security issue?
Email security@amplifierhealth.com with details so we can track and respond safely. For sensitive reports, please use private channels only—avoid public GitHub issues or forums.
